May 2010 – Centre for Microfinance opened its newly built centre for microfinance and
enterprise development. The centre is located in Dar es Salaam, seven minutes drive
from the Julius Nyerere International airport and twelve kms from Dar es Salaam City
Centre. The centre will be used in particular to benefit microfinance institutions and
young entrepreneurs in the country, East Africa Region and beyond.
